Green Gables Condominiums are duplex condos located on the east side of Bedford, IN  in Glen Meadows Community, near BNL High School.  This development offers the amenities of being in the city limits with the laid back feel of a country setting.  We offer numerous pre-drawn floor plans, some of which are currently under construction.  However, if one of those plans doesn't suite your needs we can design a plan that will.  We offer true "custom home" construction of your dream condo.  The condo association takes care of the exterior maintenance of the condo and the green space.  This includes lawn care, snow removal, and gutter clean out.  If you choose to make a condo your dream home, the price includes installation of the initial landscaping and a stainless steel appliance package.  Condos are available with short notice for showing.
